Remember that animation is a hard thing to master and don't be disappointed if you're first final product is crap, because it always is for everyone. Always try to practice, otherwise you'll end up like me where your drawing ability using the program becomes really good, but your animation hasn't improved much and so you spend time not animating, becuase you want to animate something to the best of your drawing ability, but you can't to the best of your animating ability so you get nothing done. I hope that makes sense.

Another problem I have is I have this friend who is awesome at animation, and drawing and art in general. She has many skills. Anyway it does nothing to boost my self esteem concerning my own animating ._.

So how long have you been making animations for?
